We are hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician I to perform general maintenance across the warehouse, including doors, dock levelers, sprinkler systems, roofing, and HVAC.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience, plus OSHA awareness and the ability to work flexible shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and carpentry.
• Experience with maintenance equipment and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and adjustments on doors, dock levelers, freezer doors, and electrical components.
• Maintain roofing, HVAC systems, and safety equipment.
• Inspect equipment for OSHA compliance and test performance with hand tools.
• Keep preventive maintenance records up to date.
• Respond to on-call alerts and support snow removal, painting, and paving repairs.
