Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of refrigeration or maintenance experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC/R certification or technical degree required if experience is not met.
Completion of industrial refrigeration or mechanical-electrical courses.
HAZMAT training and certification required.

Responsibilities

Operate and perform repairs and adjustments on refrigeration systems.
Monitor system performance and identify operational issues.
Conduct routine maintenance on warehouse equipment per OSHA standards.
Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective actions.
Test, maintain, and evaluate equipment performance using appropriate instruments.
Maintain tools and machinery in good condition and ensure proper use.
Maintain preventive maintenance records and uphold housekeeping standards.
Other essential duties may be assigned as necessary.
