Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a refrigeration maintenance technician to support our cold-chain warehouse operations. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and safety in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires 2+ years of refrigeration or maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and HVAC/R certification or equivalent. Hazardous materials training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration or maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC/R certification or technical degree required if experience is not met.
• Completion of industrial refrigeration or mechanical-electrical courses required.
• HAZMAT training and certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair refrigeration systems.

• Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective actions.
• Test, maintain, and evaluate equipment performance using instruments.
