Job summary

NSG Group/Pilkington North America’s Laurinburg, NC plant seeks a senior operations leader to oversee the Cold End operation of a two-float line. The role drives safety, quality, and Lean improvements while leading multi‑shift teams and coordinating maintenance, scheduling, and capital projects to meet budget and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing/plant operations, strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent Industry Experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing/plant operations, glass production, or related areas.
• Strong leadership with multi-shift supervision experience.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Cold End operation for a two-float line facility.
• Develop processes to achieve and exceed area KPIs and budgets.
• Lead safety, quality, and Lean initiatives to reduce waste and defects.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and production scheduling with cross-functional teams.
