Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Lead for its McClellan, CA facility. You will coordinate workflow, ensure safety, sanitation, and inventory accuracy while aligning with facility goals.

You will lead the Cold Crew, oversee timecards and performance reviews, and work with shipping/receiving to maintain smooth operations. Strong supervision, planning, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse supervision and operations experience, preferably in food/temperature-controlled setting.
• Experience with RF and warehouse software applications.
• Detail and customer service oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse workflow with safety, sanitation, and cost control in mind.
• Lead the Cold Crew and foster positive staff relationships and culture.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, and terminations decisions.
• Supervise labor allocation, overtime decisions, and scheduling.
• Oversee safety incidents and log reports in the safety system.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure good warehousing practices, food safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallet flow.
• Operate and troubleshoot the WMS and related warehouse tech.
• Escalate issues and perform additional Lead duties as needed.
