Job summary

You will coordinate workflow, manage labor, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with shipping/receiving and other departments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in cold-chain environments, and the ability to train staff and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with RF scanners and warehouse software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute workflow in the warehouse to meet safety and productivity goals.
• Lead the Cold Crew and maintain positive staff relations and culture.
• Advise on hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
• Supervise tasks, allocate labor, and manage overtime approvals.
• Oversee safety incidents and log reports in the safety system.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallet flow.
• Operate Warehouse Management System to track tasks and inventory.
