Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Lumberton, NC facility. You will coordinate workflow, ensure safety, sanitation, and inventory accuracy, and drive productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.

You’ll supervise staff, manage scheduling, timecards, quality control, and training initiatives, and act as a liaison between warehouse teams and other departments to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college credit preferred.
• 2-3 years of team lead/supervisor experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising staff in a temperature-controlled environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of RF scanning and warehouse software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse workflow with focus on safety, sanitation, cost control and productivity.
• Supervise and coach staff; manage scheduling, timekeeping, and performance reviews.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
• Communicate with shipping/receiving to manage docks and pallets flow.
• Escalate issues to management and HR as needed; act as liaison between departments.
