Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Newark, DE to support facility operations in a cold storage environment.

You will unload/load trailers, verify pallet integrity, move product to storage, and help maintain accurate inventories. The role requires safety awareness, ability to lift heavy items, and effective communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers and verify proper pallet stacking.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for and not mixed on pallets.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages/overages.
• Assist in inventories and prepare product for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, turret trucks) safely.
• Maintain equipment and keep the workspace clean and organized.
