Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is hiring to support our cold chain operations in a high-volume warehouse setting. You will handle product, load/unload trailers, and ensure accurate inventory with strict safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, work in cold temperatures, and operate forklifts and related equipment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and demonstrates effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with working in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F.
• Willingness to work overtime or additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to facility operations through proper handling and safety compliance.
• Unload/load trailers and verify correct pallet stacking and separation.
• Ensure product is accounted for, within temperature range, and properly coded.
• Identify damaged goods and report shortages or overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories and prepare products for shipment.
• Stack, tape, and wrap pallets to ensure stability and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks, turret trucks) safely.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized work areas and report issues.
