Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking hard-working individuals to join our operations team at our facility. You will unload/load trailers, verify product, and help maintain cold-chain standards while working with forklifts and scanners.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand long hours, and follow safety policies. We offer full-time roles with benefits and opportunities for training within a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment (+50°F to -30°F) with moderate noise.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; use scanners, tablets, radios, and warehouse equipment.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and company policies; work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers; verify proper product stacking and that pallets are not mixed.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for and within acceptable temperature range.
• Identify and report damaged product; report shortages and overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories and prepare product for shipment with correct lot numbers.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment; maintain neat, clean and safe work areas.
