Qualifications

• Bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, with assistance.
• Work in a temperature range from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise levels.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers, and other essential warehouse equipment as required.
• Attention to detail and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to facility operations through proper product handling, organization, and sanitation.
• Unload and load trailers, verify pallet integrity and proper stacking.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for and kept within required temperature range prior to storage.
• Identify and report damaged product, shortages, and overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories as needed to safeguard customer product.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with correct lot numbers and locations.
• Stack pallets and tape/Stretch-wrap to ensure product stability.
• Perform picking duties to meet service standards.
• Move product from staging or storage into railcars or trailers.
• Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, slip-sheets, and turret trucks.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly equipment and areas.
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe operation.
