Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to support cold-chain operations. You will handle product loading/unloading, ensure accurate lot numbers, and maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in a temperature-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, pallet building, and operating warehouse equipment. Training is provided; opportunities exist for shift-based schedules and growth within a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Work in a cold storage environment (+50F to -30F) with moderate noise.
• Lift overhead when needed; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Operate scanners, tablets, radios, and other warehouse devices.
• Follow instructions and company policies; be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall facility operations through proper product handling, organization, and safety standards.
• Unload/load trailers and verify correct stacking; prevent pallet mixing.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for, infestation-free, and within temperature range.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages/overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories to safeguard customer product.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with correct lot numbers.
• Stack product to build pallets and secure with tape/stretch-wrap.
