Job summary

United States Cold Storage in La Vergne, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced cold-chain environment.

You will unload/load trailers, verify product integrity, build pallets, and move goods to storage or shipping areas while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires lifting, standing for long periods, operating forklifts and scanners, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs regularly.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers verifying proper product stacking and inventory.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for and within temperature range.
• Identify and report damaged product and shortages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories and prepare product for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, scanners, and related equipment safely.
