Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Work in temperatures ranging from +50°F to -30°F.
• Operate forklifts, scanners, radios, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers and verify proper product stacking to prevent pallet mixing.
• Ensure customer product is accounted for and within temperature range before storage.
• Identify and report damaged product, shortages, and overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories to safeguard customer product.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with correct lot numbers and documents.
• Stack product to build pallets and secure with tape or stretch-wrap.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet service and company standards.
• Operate equipment safely and inspect daily for safe operation.
