Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years college or 2–3 years supervisor experience.
• Warehouse supervision and operations experience, preferably in a food/temperature-controlled environment.
• RF and warehouse software experience including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by coordinating and executing workflow in the warehouse, prioritizing safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a visible leader within the Cold Crew and uphold company culture.
• Advise on employment-related decisions including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Direct various warehouse tasks, supervise labor, and allocate resources to fulfill tasks.
• Oversee overtime approvals and manage scheduling and timecards.
