Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor in North Carolina. The role leads workflow in a temperature-controlled warehouse, ensuring safety, sanitation, productivity, and accuracy, while coordinating with shipping, receiving, and other departments.

You will supervise labor, manage timecards, and support performance reviews while upholding SOPs and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Warehouse supervision and operations in a temperature-controlled environment preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse IT systems.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence others to take positive action.
• Detail oriented with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse workflow with a focus on safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee labor allocation and staffing for tasks; approve timecards and scheduling.
• Manage performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to good warehousing practices, food safety standards, and SOPs; maintain inspection-ready facility.
