Job summary

United States Cold Storage LP is seeking a proactive Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, sanitation, and efficiency. You will coordinate tasks, manage labor, and uphold high standards of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced cold-storage environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, directing dock operations, and using WMS to optimize workflow while partnering with HR on people decisions and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse workflow with focus on safety, sanitation, productivity, and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, uphold company culture and performance standards.
• Assist in hiring, promotions, and terminations per policy.
• Ensure adherence to GMP/food safety standards and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze labor needs, approve timecards, and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct warehouse tasks and labor to meet task deadlines.
• Monitor safety incidents and conduct follow-up investigations.
• Oversee dock operations, pallet flow, and efficient use of space.
• Manage WMS-driven tasks including doors, tasks, and exceptions.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
