Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of team lead or supervisor experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; 70 lbs occasionally.
• Experience with warehouse safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to coordinate and execute warehouse workflow with focus on safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Serve as visible leader within the Cold Crew and uphold company culture.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, recalls, and records.
• Participate in hiring of new warehouse employees.
• Approve timecards, scheduling, and time-off requests.
• Oversee safety incidents, investigations, and reporting.
• Operate and troubleshoot Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS).
• Coordinate with management and customer service to meet requirements.
