Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Fort Worth, TX to support shipping, receiving and inventory control in a cold-chain environment.

You will unload and load trailers, verify lots and dates, operate a forklift and scanners, and help maintain product quality and safety. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Previous high reach forklift and/or warehouse training.
• Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with pallet stacking, loading/unloading, and inventory verification.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and verify proper stacking; ensure product stability.
• Inspect shipments for damage, infestation, and dates; report issues.
• Identify and recover over/short, and record shortages.
• Assist in physical inventories with scanners and ensure stock rotation.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment with correct lot numbers.
• Move product into railcars or trailers using powered equipment.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
