Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a full‑time warehouse associate to support cold-chain operations. You will handle, palletize, and stage products, using scanners/tablets and operating forklifts to move goods safely.

This role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and lot‑based stock rotation guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will lift up to 70 lbs, work in cold temperatures, and maintain accuracy in picking and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, with assistance.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F and in moderate noise.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong arithmetic and reading skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to facility operations through proper product handling and sanitation.
• Tape or stretch-wrap pallets to ensure product stability.
• Rotate stock by following lot numbers and perform picking duties.
• Move products from staging areas to railcars or trailers.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment, including autonomous forklifts when needed.
• Unloading/loading trailers, reporting damaged product, and staging for shipment.
