Job summary

CRYOPDP is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Huntington Beach to lead a team of Logistics Coordinators and ensure compliant, efficient temperature-controlled shipments, safeguarding pharmaceutical products throughout transit.

You will drive process improvements, manage key documentation (MAWB/HAWB, invoices), collaborate with global partners, and uphold GDP, FDA, and US customs standards to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in the airfreight sector with knowledge of the air industry.
• Deep familiarity with GDP, FDA, IATA, and FAA guidelines.
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Logistics Coordinators to ensure export and domestic operations comply with SOPs and GDP.
• Oversee temperature-controlled shipments within and from the United States.
• Ensure regulatory conformity and maintain thorough documentation.
• Develop training programs for LCs to ensure onboarding and skill development.
• Review MAWB, HAWB, invoices, and customs affidavits for accuracy.
• Coordinate with LSPs for delivery and collect PODs and temperature readings.
• Ensure US customs compliance and GDP guidelines.
