Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Supervisor to oversee the timely, compliant, and secure movement of materials, products, and medical samples across the supply chain. You will lead daily transportation operations, ensure product integrity, and support continuous improvement within a global logistics framework.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Understanding of transportation operations and distribution processes.
• Experience with transportation tracking systems and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory, quality, and safety requirements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise movement of materials, products, and medical samples across the supply chain.
• Prepare Master Air Way Bill and bookings for export/import.
• File Shipper's Export Declarations and related documents.
• Lead day-to-day transportation and logistics operations for reliability and continuity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and handling requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
