Qualifications

• Must have color vision and 20/20 visual acuity to inspect materials and labeling.
• Able to meet cleanroom gowning requirements including full gowning.
• Willing to work at Sacramento locations and on-call overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Logistics & Cold Chain Operations teams and own end‑to‑end operational readiness across two functions: Logistics Specialist and cold chain/packaging operations.
• Partner with day-side/night-side counterparts to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent leadership.
• Own real-time disruption response, staffing currency, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
