Job summary

A Global Food and Beverage manufacturer seeks a Logistics & Cold Chain Manager to oversee 3PL warehousing, transportation, and inventory for high-volume FMCG products. You will manage 3PL partners, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain cold chain compliance, and optimize distribution networks to meet retailer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience with 3PL management.
• Experience with high-volume FMCG, food, beverage, or temperature-sensitive products.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FDA, FSMA).
• Strong analytics, inventory and vendor management, and transport planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL warehouse and cold storage providers, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and inventory standards are met.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, FEFO rotation practices, and warehouse capacity planning.
• Coordinate refrigerated transportation operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, while maintaining cold chain integrity and compliance.
• Monitor delivery performance, optimize distribution routes, and ensure adherence to retailer requirements and delivery windows.
• Manage warehousing and freight budgets, support vendor contract negotiations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to align ERP systems with WMS and TMS platforms.
