Arrive Logistics is seeking an analytical, self-driven Claims Analyst for the Arrive Fresh division in the United States. You will manage a portfolio of temperature-controlled cargo claims, leveraging expertise in PACA, Carmack, and FSMA to protect Arrive’s financial position while serving customers and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of cargo claims management, preferably in 3PL, freight brokerage, or cargo insurance.
• Strong knowledge of perishable freight laws: Carmack Amendment, PACA, FSMA, USDA.
• Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and high-value settlements experience.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in fast-paced logistics.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate temperature-controlled freight claims and apply PACA and Carmack guidelines.
• Negotiate and settle claims with shippers, receivers, carriers, and insurers within authority.
• Coordinate salvage, redistribution, or disposal to mitigate losses per FSMA.
• Collect and validate documentation to build defensible recovery positions.
• Track data trends and share findings with leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address high‑risk shipments.
• Escalate complex claims to Risk Manager with clear recommendations.
