You will oversee daily brewing, packaging into bottles and kegs, delegate tasks, maintain equipment, and ensure food safety standards while keeping the production area clean and well-documented.

Qualifications

• A Positive mental attitude and personality are essential.
• Willingness to lead a team in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Open availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessary.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly production plan for the cold brew line.
• Oversee brewing and packaging of cold brew into bottles and kegs.
• Organize and delegate tasks to production team members.
• Maintain accurate ingredient measurement and recipe adherence.
• Uphold food safety standards and keep the production area clean.
• Record production events and manage digital inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist with training and provide coaching to staff.
• Provide guidance to brewery employees.
