Job summary

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-starter, team player and quality conscious with focus on customer needs and on-time delivery.
• Cross training across all areas of manufacturing is required.
• Flexible shifts during peak production times and overtime as needed (12 hrs/day and/or weekends).

Responsibilities

• A coil winders primary tasks include assembly, rotor transfer, moving barrels of wire, wire alignment, testing, blocking, and grinding/feeding cables.
• Rotate between primary tasks or assist with tasks as needed.
• Train others in manufacturing processes and ITW operating principles.
