Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is seeking an assembler to build welding machines for the Power Systems Division. The role involves engine preparation, base assembly, front panel subassembly, wiring, testing, and coordinating shipping.

Responsibilities include training others, rotating through manufacturing tasks, and maintaining quality and on-time delivery. Overtime and flexible shifts may be required to meet peak production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams is preferred.
• Cross training in all areas of manufacturing is required.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production times.
• Willing to work overtime as required (12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays & Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Assembles welding machines including engine preparation, base assembly, front panel subassembly, wiring, testing, and shipping.
• Trains others and rotates between primary tasks to meet production goals.
