Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year assembly or manufacturing experience
• Read circuit and wiring diagrams
• 1 year MRD and material ordering procedures
• Understand bills of material and prints
• Cross training is required
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Stand for up to 12 hours per day
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Overtime is required
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Balance workload between target inventory and other demands
• Communicate effectively with all team members to meet customer and business needs
• Check daily target inventory levels and open/close job orders
• Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Order materials
• Follow safety practices and help improve safety, quality and production culture
