Job summary

ITW in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced manufacturing assembler for the Magnetics division. The role focuses on winding coils, setting up winders, prepping, dip/bake, and robotic welding, with cross-training across welding, winding, and prepping.

You will order materials, schedule production orders, and work as a self-starter and team player in a safety-conscious environment aligned with ISO quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand schematics and assembly instructions
• Proficiency with basic computer use and data entry
• Strong math skills including fractions and decimals
• Experience entering production data into spreadsheets
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends
• Familiarity with bill of materials and process routings

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winders; wind coils as required
• Prepare, robotic weld, dip/bake and assemble parts
• Cross-train across welding, winding and prepping
• Order materials and schedule orders
• Maintain ISO quality standards and workplace safety
• Move materials between areas using carts and pallet jacks
