Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Coils Machine Operator - 3rd Shift to set up and operate winding machines to produce coils to specifications called for on winding sheets, diagrams, and order pouches. The training apprenticeship will include classwork, welding and brazing training, and on-the-job training.

The role offers an hourly base of $24.45 plus $2.50 shift differential and $2.50 shift premium, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience or education in manufacturing or a related field.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or equivalent.
• Live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate winding machines to produce coils to specifications.
• Read and interpret winding specification documents and record coil numbers.
• Load materials and adjust machine to meet window sizing specifications.
• Measure materials, verify alignment, and apply pack out as specified.
• Complete two-week welding and brazing training as part of the program.
