Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a General Laborer - 3rd Shift (Coils) in Waukesha, WI. The role involves supporting winding and production of transformer coils, with a base rate of $21.45 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in two installments. Overtime, holidays, and additional benefits are available, with comprehensive wellness and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
• No immigration sponsorship will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, collect, and distribute materials to wind coils.
• Optimize product flow and productivity of coil winders.
• Verify materials size, part number, and quantity.
• Return unused materials and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate machines for sizing, cutting, and drilling materials.
• Assemble kits for coil orders and fill stock coils.
• Load coils onto conveyors/ovens and manage handling tasks.
• Setup and operate a core machine with micrometer checks.
