Job summary

Quanta South Region is seeking a Risk Administrator to support the Risk Management department across multiple OpCos. You will manage COI requests, coordinate with internal teams and brokers, and help ensure timely and accurate insurance documentation.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. Experience in insurance administration and proficiency with MS Office are preferred, with Origami Risk knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with insurance/claims admin experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn risk management systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in commercial insurance or COI administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Origami Risk, SharePoint, OneDrive preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage COI process for multiple operating companies.
• Coordinate with risk management, contracts personnel, and brokers to process requests and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding COI requests and follow up on pending items; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate Railroad Protective Liability (RPL) insurance requests and related documents.
• Support annual renewals and maintain organized records and trackers.
• Prepare recurring risk management reports using Origami Risk or other systems.
• Provide administrative support for workers’ compensation and claims activities as needed.
