Questpro is partnering with a well-established real estate owner/operator in Fairfax, VA to add a Junior Risk Analyst to its in-house Risk Management team. You will support COI compliance, policy administration, claims oversight and reporting for a diverse portfolio of properties.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in insurance, strong Excel/Office skills, and a comfort with AI tools. Hybrid schedule with in-office Monday–Thursday and Fridays remote; report to the VP of Risk Management.

Formación

• 1–3 years in an insurance agency or brokerage (CSR/account role)
• Knowledge of commercial property, casualty and specialty insurance and COI
• Strong Excel skills (tables, filters, basic pivots) and MS Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
• Comfort with AI software and automation of repetitive tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong administrative skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance experience in risk management/business/finance

Responsabilidades

• Be the main COI tracking contact and manage the COI system
• Load and maintain tenant, vendor and contractor COI records
• Review certificates against lease requirements for various properties
• Gather renewal data and assist in renewals and quotes
• Maintain policy records, coverage details, limits and renewal dates
• Coordinate endorsements, cancellations and other policy transactions
• Facilitate timely claims reporting and assist adjusters to closure
• Prepare risk management reports and support VP with leadership presentations
• Use Excel (pivot tables/lookup) to organize data and analyses
• Coordinate risk assessments with property managers, carriers and brokers
