Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions is seeking a Risk Administrator to support the Risk Management department across multiple operating companies. You will coordinate and manage the COI process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely delivery, and effective communication with contracts and brokers.

The role grows to include risk reporting, workers' compensation administration, and claims support. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of independent administration with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in insurance, claims administration, agency or brokerage support, or risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline-driven.
• Preferred: adjuster's license; experience with commercial liability and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the COI process for multiple operating companies, including requests and documentation review.
• Coordinate communication between operating companies, risk management, contracts, and brokers.
• Monitor and follow up on COI requests; escalate complex coverage questions as needed.
• Coordinate Railroad Protective Liability insurance requests and related invoices.
• Support annual insurance renewals and maintain organized records.
• Prepare recurring risk management reports and monitor deadlines.
• Provide workers' compensation and claims support as assigned.
