Quanta South Region invites an organized Risk Administrator to join our team in Texas. You will manage the COI process across operating companies, coordinating with Corporate Risk Management, contracts personnel, and brokers to ensure timely, accurate certificates.

The role expands to include risk reporting, workers’ compensation administration, and claims support as proficiency develops. Attention to detail and independence are essential in this growing team.

Formación

• Proven administrative support experience in insurance, claims, or risk management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication under deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the COI process for multiple operating companies, including intake, review, and documentation tracking.
• Coordinate communication between operating companies, Risk Management, contracts personnel, and brokers to process requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor outstanding COI requests and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
• Coordinate RPL insurance requests, including applications, approvals, and documentation.
• Support annual insurance renewals and maintain organized records of certificates, endorsements, and correspondence.
• Prepare recurring risk management reports and monitor reporting deadlines.
• Provide administrative support for workers’ compensation and claims activities.
