Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cognitive domain programs, coordinating cross-functional teams across SOF-related initiatives. You will drive planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders and vendors to ensure contract performance and program impact.

The role supports remote work from across the Continental US and requires security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of cognitive performance, brain health, neuroscience, human performance, psychology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading programs and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including planning and staffing.
• Create and execute project work plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Develop master and project resource plans and required docs.
