Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy store with craft and heart. You will supervise team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain safe, clean operations that meet standards and policies. Flexibility across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

You will coach staff, delegate tasks, and support a welcoming customer experience while contributing to sales goals and team growth within a valued community hub.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more teammates.
• Ability to direct work, learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming community space.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks across shifts.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes and adapt as needed.
