Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating multiple employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Maintain and uphold store policies, quality beverages and food products, and safety standards.
• Coach and prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees to ensure smooth store operations.
