Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food are prepared to standards.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during the shift.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and adherence to policies and security.
