Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach partners, manage daily operations, and ensure quality beverages and food items are prepared to standard.

The role requires flexibility in shifts and a focus on store safety and cash handling. The position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and the ability to quickly train new staff, while maintaining Starbucks’ customer-first culture and community presence

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Able to follow standard recipes or customize as requested by customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products following standard recipes and customer requests.
• Delegate tasks to staff and coordinate the workload of two or more employees.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and flexible scheduling as needed.
• Uphold store policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
