Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead baristas in delivering great coffee and customer service in a welcoming neighborhood store. You will coach colleagues, ensure product quality, and uphold safety and store standards during your shift.

You bring at least six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities. You will manage tasks, schedule coverage, and support continuous learning through our development programs.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate teams.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
