Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide the team to deliver quality beverages and food while maintaining safety and store standards.

The role requires coaching staff, coordinating tasks for two or more teammates, and handling customer requests with professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety with accommodations as needed.
• Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes, including substitutions.
