Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes or customizations.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community.
• Direct and coordinate staff to meet store policies and standards.
