Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team, deliver high-quality beverages and foods, and maintain a welcoming community space. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, adherence to store policies, and ensuring safety and cash handling accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
