Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks to 2+ employees for shift coverage.
• Comfort with preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet customer demand.
• Prepare beverages/food per recipes, adjust temperatures or ingredients as needed.
