Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide teammates, uphold quality beverages and food standards, and manage daily store operations with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to direct others, and reliability for flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to standard recipes.
• Coordinate tasks among team members and delegate duties to ensure smooth operations.
