Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Comfort with cash handling and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Lead shift operations and ensure adherence to store policies and safety standards.
• Delegate tasks to teammates and coordinate duties across the shift.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and efficient store environment for customers.
