As a partner, you will coach teammates, delegate tasks, and model the brand values. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a position requiring constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
