Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, ensuring Craft and heart in every cup while maintaining a welcoming community space. You will mentor partners, uphold standards, and drive smooth operations across shifts.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, strong communication, and teamwork to deliver quality beverages and food with exceptional service during varied hours.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Coaching the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming space.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Meet store policies, ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Support scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
